GLS Solutions, Incorporated (GLS) is a geologic, hydrogeologic, and water resources consulting firm that supports the water supply, engineering, environmental, and oil/gas industries. GLS is a small-business enterprise (SBE) and a minority and woman-owned business enterprise (M/WBE).

GLS was founded in 2010 and is led by Dr. Adelnery Gonzalez (President/ CEO) and Mr. Grant L. Snyder, P.G. (Vice-President/ COO). GLS provides significant experience in the design and construction management phases of groundwater-based utility projects, wellfield construction, and dam construction/instrumentation.
